Ghost Shipyard

The air filling this cold area is always damp, always chilly, and it's always filled with mist.

Behind the Shipyard is a thick forest with a trail leading through it. The entire Shipyard is made up of one long boardwalk that looks so old that it could break if you walk on it, yet it feels safe to walk on.

Filling most of the water in front of it are tons of boats of all sizes.

It would be preferred if nobody went near the ships due to the fact that an old Magician had a hobby of buying ships, storing High-level demons in them, then leaving the ship there for any innocent one to come across.
