Fine, let the child believe what he wants to believe Moonwhisper thought to himself, keeping his thoughts shielded.
Moon Whisper sent Aqua all the information about the classes telepathically, and quickly filled him in on what class was like, he then waited for him to give him back which classes he would be taking.

-History, summoning, dragoon, and puppetmaster.- Aqua said after much thought that took them at least half way across the wide expanse of the lake. No, the ground under his feet had started to slope upward, since Moon Whisper had been talking for so long about the classes. Aqua continued up the climb and finally thought of a question.
-Where will I get my food?- Aqua asked. He needed to eat, but he probably wasn't going to be allowed to feed on the other students. He licked his lips at the thought of blood, but kept himself preoccupied by climbing higher. He was getting a bit tired... The energy that had been stolen from him by moving the water was starting to wear on his stamina. A nice bed in a room that had no windows would be heaven about now. He felt the buzz of hundreds of minds ahead of him. He had been able to feel them for about half the walk across the lake. While it was encouraging to feel so many minds, Aqua did not get his hopes up. Surely, one of those people might like him. Still, what if they didn't?
Also, there was going to be the problem of shielding his mind, which he ought to learn soon. He was sure that by now, Moon Whisper had figured that out. So he climbed to his future.

Moon whisper nodded stiffly, as he wrote down the choices when the kid said them. Then, he made a grasping motion toward the water and pulled out a small amount, which morphed into the shape of a bird, and flew toward the school.
When you need to feed you can go to the cafeteria and request it, they keep a stock of blood on shelf just for vampires and other creatures which would need blood. You could also feed from other members of the student body if you get their permission. If it is found out that you are feeding when you are given permission, you will be thrown out of the school, across the water, no matter what misgivings you might have to it. he sent to his student, making himself very clear.

-Understood.- This was sent with a terse tone to it, but that was expected. No true vampire liked to get his blood from anything but a human being. The sensation of the warm gushing blood was what really made it worth while. Plus the feeling of sometimes sucking the life out of a being. It was so satisfactory... Still, if he could not get anyone to consent to feed him but a little donation of blood, he wasn't going to hunt in the castle. Besides, there were no 'bad' people that he hunted back home here. He mentally sighed to himself. He supposed he would have to put up with packaged blood... For it was unlikely he was going to make very many friends. He climbed higher, feeling the water-bird fly off out of his range. Then he turned to the school again, which he sensed was up... They were almost to the top of the lake. Soon, they would be out of the basin that held the lake.
With a final push, he found himself on the opposite shore of the one he had started on... He was not really out of air, but his heart was rushing with someone else's blood. He felt the ground at his feet and flopped down on a fairly grassy spot to let his heart beat slow down. It would not do him any good when it was fast, and he could get sick if the blood rushed around too much.
(Hey Pro... Let's get this finished, please... Four more or so posts... perhaps six... Agreed?)

Moon Whisper waited as he saw his student sit on the ground and regain his breath. Reaching into his pocket he pulled out a blood red orb and tossed it to Aqua. It landed near his lap with a small thud.
Scarlet Drop Orb A small orb, slightly off spherical the exact color of fresh scarlet blood This orb, when bit into, will give the user life sustaining blood and replenish some of their health. It can also take a small amount of a foes health if it is on the holder’s person during a kill or defeat.
After giving the orb Moon Whisper began to slowly walk toward the school, waiting for his student to catch up.

As Aqua felt his blood pressure slowly drop to normal, Moon Whisper threw something near him. He felt it land near is leg and he picked it up slowly. It smelled......... tasty. He got up, energized and curious, and trotted over to Moon Whisper.
-What's this?- Aqua asked, trying to contain his avid curiosity. He held up the orb, which felt smooth in his hands. He wondered at the color... But he had a feeling that it was the color of the thing that it smelled like... blood. Aqua was truely interested now and kept in step with Moon Whisper.
When they got to the top of the steps, Aqua's attention shifted as he realized that, of course, this place would have an enterance. He paused at the wide doors, just standing there. A small, delicate blush crossed Aqua's cheeks as he had to admit what he found to be incredibly imbarrassing for any vampire. He gathered up his courage and thought with a rather small mind voice.
-You... have to invite me... across the threshold... Else... I can't go in...- Aqua turned his head away, the blush deepening a bit. It was horrible to have to depend on someone else to get where he was going. Still, this only had to be done once, thank the gods.

Moon Whisper gave him a weird look for a moment and explained the item.
It is a special Orb that will mimic the human body, and let you drink from it. Whenever you kill a creature with the orb on your person, it will take a small portion of their essence with it, giving you power.
When he was told about the inviting thing, he cocked his eyebrow. He thought that was just a myth spread by the humans to put children’s fear at ease. Shrugging his shoulders he stepped into the building and held the door open.
“I, Moonwhisper, invite you Gwaednerth "Aqua" Andras Percival, into Twilight Moon Academy of the Gifted.” he both verbally said and psychically sent, not sure which was needed.

-You mean that I can feed from it?!- Aqua could not conceal the excitement in his voice. Before he devoured the orb though, he "looked" at Moon Whisper. One could not lie mind-to-mind, but one could evade the truth, tell part of it. Aqua did not trust the man, for it was not in his nature to. He slowly nodded to himself as he found no sense of something left out. Only after he had examined the link and found nothing wrong did he insert his two canine teeth into the orb experimentally. While he thought it would have repelled his teeth (since it felt like glass), they slid in and he felt the warm gush of blood flood his mouth and his throat. His eyes widened with greed, but he stopped himself and took the orb out of his mouth, licking the blood around his lips off quickly.
Then, as Moon Whisper invited Aqua in, he felt something click and he knew he was finally able to cross over the threshold of the huge school. He did so with a confident air. He had food in his stomach and the beautiful taste of blood in his mouth. He decided he just might enjoy this school. With that, he slipped the orb into his pocket. A curious thing was that the orb's surface remained unblemished by his teeth. It remained whole. This made Aqua even more content. Finally, he turned toward Moon Whisper.
-Teacher. Thank you.- It was a rare and very solemn thing when Aqua actually thanked and showed that he was grateful to a person. His amount of trust in Moon Whisper was still minimal, but perhaps... just perhaps... he had come to trust Moon Whisper by just a little. He bowed gracefully and then thought about the layout of the castle, from where the minds were currently. Obviously, since it was night, the students were in their beds. He saw where the rooms were.
And with that thought, there was one more problem Aqua knew he would have to face. How would he get to class, when sunlight could touch him? Perhaps he would think about it as he fell asleep. All he knew was that he needed rest. Today had been a longer day than Aqua had expected. He turned to Moon Whisper for a last time...
-Is there anything else, teacher?-
