Rain glanced around. Even though she was a fire elementalist, she felt at peace around the water. Rain shut her black eyes, and relaxed, leaning against the lighthouse. Rain was perfectly calm when a troublesome thought crossed her mind. What would happen if she were to end her life here and now? All she had to do was go into deep water and the rest would take care of itself, because Rain had never bothered to learn how to swim. It had always seemed so useless to her. But now that she thought about it, perhaps it would be worth learning how to do it, if only for her safety. Rain sighed, and sank down with a soft "shfft.." as her clothes scraped against the wall of the lighthouse.
Krios glared at Rain from where he stood. She was looking out at sea which was to her left, and he stood about 20 feet away from the young nekomata. He hated her, for she resembled the beasts that had destroyed his family and friends. And for that she would pay, it didn't matter if she were a direct descendent of them or not. Rain looked too much like them. But yet, Krios was attracted to her, and that caused him to hate her even more. He approached her silently, his anger rolling off of him. This would be the day that his revenge would be satisfied. Or so he hoped.
Rain's ears twitched at the soft sound of feet approaching. She cast one last glance at the water, then turned her head. Rain's eyes grew wide, "You..." she gasped.
"Yeah. Me. What? Suprised to see me? You shouldn't be. I'm sure you knew I wasn't finished with you." Krios's eyes glistened with hatred and attraction at the same time.
Rain blinked, noticing both of the emotions that his eyes portrayed. "W-w-what do you intend on doing? Killing me?" she asked, fear crossing her tanned features.
Krios shook his head, "No no. Killing you wouldn't do me any good. I could torture you mentally and physically. Y'know.. Ask you a bunch of questions and for each one you get wrong I could cut you. But.. I won't do that. Perhaps I won't hurt you at all. It simply depends on your view of it." he replied, his voice soft but rough at the same time. Krios now stood directly infront of her.
Rain shivered, wondering what he meant by that. The thought that scared her even more was that she was about to find out. It was odd, Rain was perfectly capable of defending herself, but she was petrified, unable to move. What was wrong with her?
Krios yanked Rain up off the ground and made sure she was firmly pinned to the wall. He stared at her a moment, and his eyes went soft, and Krios almost reconsidered what he was about to do. No! He had, had his mind made up for a while now, and there was no way he'd backdown. Krios planted his lips firmly upon Rain's.
Rain's senses returned to her and she began to struggle against his grip. "Get away from me!" She was hardly able to speak, Krios's lips were crushing hers.
