The train began to pass the Ministry of War, and Loki almost laughed as the train began to slow down, to perhaps 150 km/h. Old Emperor Cicili wanted every citi-ject to be sure exactly who was in charge. Or maybe it was one of his predecessors and Cicili never even was aware of the slow down. The train continued though, passing the elegant and enormous Ministry building, making its way to the Avenue. Loki's stomach couldn't help but become upset at the prospect of actually seeing the Emperor.

"Is it sinking in, yet?" Terent asked, not loud enough to be clearly heard by the few others in the car, "You changed, your attitude. I can tell... you're nervous, aren't you?" He asked, Terent expected as much. He kept his calm demeanor, "It's fine, just don't let them know." Terent understood that now he didn't even have claim to the throne anymore, which meant this could get him into some deep shit here. If he were to be caught. Loki could always say he would be forced into it, but that would most likely get him stripped of whatever rank he had gained over time and perhaps even the decorations earned... considering the particular situation, sure the people needed a hero during wars, but villians were much more interesting. Terent gave a mental sigh. This might have been a mistake, but there was certainly no turning back now.

Loki looked at Terent and smiled, "I can assure you that i will not" he said. "I was always nervous up until the point i was thrust back into my seat as my fighter launched, then everything changed, i was calm, cool, collected. I took everything that screwed up in stride and kept flying and shooting. While this is not war, I do have enough knowledge to keep myself alive." The train began to speed up now, after five minutes of showcasing the Ministry of War. Only Ten minutes till Avenue.

"No offense, but I wouldn't be too terribly sure of tha. I've seen many a good people die for many a different reason. Depending on tha time, and place... an audience with a ruler may be more dangerous than any combat you've seen yet. We have to hope this goes smoothly, eh?" Terent almost laughed, The minutes passed by and Terent was rather... bored during them, atleast from appearance. He didn't marvel at the city so different from his own, he remembered everything he saw, sure. Picking up every detail, but nobody had to know that, did they? Nobody had to know that Terent was clocking every possible exit as he stood there, nobody had to know that he hated it in this car, that he honestly felt sick from the walls around him, yeah, nobody had to know that. He hid it splendidly, though. Impossible to read from his expression, nobody would know that he had over thirty years worth of torture memories in his head, thanks to the confined space it was all coming back in a rush... he could just be glad he hadn't had shrooms within the last two hours, apparently. Because that would just make it worse.
(What? You didn't think confined spaces and places wouldn't bother Terent? And you thought that over thirty years of torture wouldn't affect his mind and demeanor at all? HAHA!!)

"Were they Professional soldiers or Guerrillas? but there is a lot of risk involved, one simply resigns himself to death and the problem is alleviated, you don't worry, you don't rush, you follow your training. people die when they start worrying about living, thats just how things go." He shrugged and watched the blur of buildings, the electric sign above his head flash "Avenue stop ahead" and Loki smiled. He stood up and made his way to the door, standing quietly, as the train slowed gradually. there was a greenish light as the inertial dampeners activated. the door opened to a white crystal road about fifteen meters across. in the distance was a Enormous gold and white structure, domed with brilliant onyx. above the structure flew the largest Imperial banner Loki had ever seen, the three colors of the flag perfectly discernible, even at their three mile distance "Avenue" Loki said quietly. ((i figured he'd have fun! lol. And just in case, Guerillas are rebel soldiers, sort of like the Vietcong in the Vietnam war))

(I'm not an idiot, Chris)
Terent followed silently, looking around him at the structures, looking rather unimpressed to be honest. He had to jog to keep up with Loki, seeing as he had rather short legs and short strides as well, Terent certainly had a terrible walk for such a person. He muttered to himself as he walked, thinking through conversations and things of the sort, preparing himself mentally for whatever kinds of arguments or debates that may come into play here. Most certainly Terent would spark some kind of argument here.
Smitty looked around from atop Terent's head, the little creature seemed more interested in the surroundings than Terent, his clear wings buzzing as he sat.

((so were a lot of people, but they still told me i was wrong when i said that there where guerrillas in Columbia.... . I didn't mean to insult you, i apologize)) Loki heard the wheezing and taxing breaths behind him and he slowed. Avenue was empty, no one walking the poshed surface. They arrived presently at the guard station, four men stood in black uniforms, their collars emblazoned with officers' insignia: two second lieutenants, a first lieutenant, and a captain. They also had a single thin silver stripe going down the center of their Crimson sashes, denoting them as barons all. They looked at him expectantly Loki stepped forward and bowed, "My master requests an audience with his Imperial Majesty to request formal diplomatic relations between the Imperium and Virsea." The captain smiled broadly, "I will need to check" he said, then snapped. one of the second lieutenants, a dark haired young man of barely twenty, jumped up and quickly got on his radio, "but i do believe that His imperial majesty would enjoy a conversation with-" he paused, his vibrant green eyes falling on Terent, expecting him to respond.
