Hmph, like they'd ever lay a finger on me before I did said obligation to them.
Dain stood there as his hands inside his pockets stopped twitching, and remained still and motionless. Though only for a second. Slowly, his fingers moved into an array of signs without disrupting the stillness of his wardrobe in the slightest, meaning no one would find out about his plan.
There, if that werewolf makes any sudden attack, mental or physical, it will hit a barrier of static in front of us. As such, static is invisible only through its speed. Which is unmatched for anyone. This static, when disrupted, would render every single hair fiber along the lycan's body into a complete uproar, meaning it will be easy for that static to pass over its heart and kill it. Simple science. Deadly science. Silent science. How I like to kill my prey.
Dain simply nodded to Durriken for the gypsy's smart thinking.

She looked at Durriken, "Yes." She smiled. She mentally shook her head; some people just don't learn. She then looked at Dain, and spoke, "Your magic is null here, it's not strong enough." She then leaned back comfortably in her chair, gazing deep into Durriken's eyes.

Durriken took a deep breath before he pressed on. She took the smartest path possible, give an answer that cold be for either question, required him to ask again.
“Are you saying yes to my first line of questioning which stated that you would us impede us and we will be able to leave safely, or to my second line of questioning which meant that you would impede us but there is a way to get to them, we just need to figure it out.”
After the she wolf answered the first set of questions he asked another. (just to save time) “Is there any limit of questions I can ask upon you.”
((Just trying to make these easier instead of us just going back and forth.))

She spoke, "Yes" then afer Durriken asked his second question, "No." She was apparantly enojoying this immensly.

Durriken let out a long breath and began to message his temples. He was asking to complex of questions.
“Will you impede us in any way from obtaining said items?”

She scratched her chin thoughtfully, then spoke, "Possibly, but probably no." She nodded, then shifted in her chair to find a more comfortable spot. A candle beside her blew out, but flickered back at the wolf's finger snap.

Durriken nodded, taking the statement as that they would not be impeded, as long as nobody, a.k.a. Dain, attacked her or anyone else.
“Thank you, once we obtain said items, will you and/or the mage let us go safely from this place and leave the forest unharmed?”

The woman sat in silence for seconds. Seconds turned to minutes and the wait seemed like an hour. Five minutes later she responded, "Yes." She said no more, tapping her finger quietly.

Durriken grinned mentally, happy to be moving forward again. Now that he knew that they would be able to get to the items and leave safely, he could start to figure out where the items are.
"Thank you again, now, are said items in the general area, refering to all area within the outside walls of this building?"

The woman nodded, then spoke "Yes," just in case he was experiencing temporary blindness and did not see the nod. She looked at Dain, and spoke again, "If you aren't doing anything productive, I will ask you to leave." She raised an eye at him, as if saying "Got that?" then looked back at Durriken. She was comfortably positioned in her chair, an expression of calm relaxation, or apathy towards the situation, spread on her face.

((Hey, I am going to actually use his ‘seer’ power. Since he is connected with his cards mentally, he should be able to use some of their power just by touch.))
Durriken looked around a moment as he tried to think of his next question. He knew it was in the building, he just needed to narrow it down some. As he looked around he absent mindedly picked up one of the books that the she-wolf recently touched ((-cough- -cough-))

The woman stood and placed a long, cool finger on Durriken's hand, "Please do not touch my books. If you want the object you desire, you must complete a task for me." She raised an eye, waiting for any sign of objection of agreement. Meanwhile, a giant parakeet flew in, grabbed Dain, and flew him out of the room.

((-.- Thanks Baha....))
“I will give you my answer on the knowledge of what the task is or what it might contain. If the task is reasonable then I will agree to it, if not we will negotiate farther from there.”
Durriken didn’t even notice or care when Dain got taken away, all the better really, he didn’t need the brute blowing the negotiation.

(( LMAO! "Durriken didn’t even notice or care when Dain got taken away, all the better really, he didn’t need the brute blowing the negotiation. " <3 ))
The woman nodded, "Alright. First, you must convince the old man upstairs to give you 5 1-foot black candles. Afterwards, from the books on the walls surrounding us, find a hidden book..." As she spoke, the books around them all shifted, their colors changing to the same brown shade, all growing or shrinking to the same size, "The book will be undetectable by magic. All these books are in the Ancient Language. You must find the one that speaks of Shadow-Based Potions Making for the Advanced. Once you have done this, you must follow the incantation for the Blackwrite Potion using the book and the candles, and give me said item. Once this is complete, I will reward you as well as give you the item that I have taken. Is this clear?"

Durriken nodded as she told him what he had to do. It seemed really reasonable on the surface but he did see one area that could be very bad in the future. Maybe not to him, but to somebody or something.
“That sounds reasonable, but, would you mind telling me what this conjured item will be used for? I do not want to get involved in anything that will be used to harm others for no reason.”
